Upon graduation from
law school, Abe conducted numerous criminal trials
for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office.
Since being admitted to the Bar, Abe's practice has
focused on civil litigation with an emphasis in
commercial, business, employment and construction litigation.
Abe has been
published in the UC Davis Journal of Juvenile Law
and Policy, and in various training manuals used by
the Kentucky and Tennessee Departments of Justice.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and
the Los Angeles County Bar Association, as well as
the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He believes a successful outcome in many
cases is made possible by a well-developed,
early investigation.
