John has represented business owners of commercial interests in construction defect disputes against contractors and successfully garnered settlements at early stages that minimize fees and costs. He has also defended through trial and arbitration subcontractors to defense verdicts where it was necessary to fight against unwarranted claims.

John has both the appellate and trial experience with trials in the fields of product liability, personal injury and real estate matters.
