Joined Long Williamson & Delis in January of
2002.
Since joining Long Williamson & Delis, Kelly has
actively participated in the defense of many
parties, including subcontractors in complex
litigation matters, bus companies, trucking
companies and garbage collection companies, among a
few. Kelly is adept at managing the discovery
process of a case and preparing motions. Kelly believes that effective communication and one-on-one attention to clients
accompanied with strict professionalism and courtesy in dealing with opposing
counsel are essential in resolving cases successfully and favorably for the
client. Prior to joining Long Williamson & Delis, Kelly worked full time for various
telecommunications companies in a regulatory capacity while putting herself
through law school. Kelly holds a first degree black belt in traditional martial
arts and applies the lessons she has learned regarding balance and mental acuity
to her work in the legal field.
